Taste tests with our teens are like experiments. We might think we know whether we will like an item, but until we taste it and try it, we just don’t know for sure. Then there are so many variables – preparation, flavor, texture, and even temperature. It’s not necessarily that we don’t like something – it’s that we haven’t found how we do like it!
